You get to be fully you, even in relationship and boy oh boy do I know how challenging this can be!

I think that most of us were raised with pretty limiting examples of what healthy, thriving partnership can look like.

Many of us have been taught to believe that we’ve got to give up the best parts of ourselves to make it all work. Ugh. Enough of that bs.
