The Secret to Cultivating Lifelong Succulence From the Inside Out

A common myth about ageing is that dryness is inevitable.  It's simply not true. There is so much we can do to stay hydrated and juicy.

Dryness is optional. When we choose to inhabit our bodies and embrace our sensuality, dryness dissolves into succulence.

There are many holistic practices that can support you in staying juicy; herbs, supplements, acupuncture, and many other different types of bodywork, and I encourage you to seek out what you're drawn to.

And, I want to offer an inside-out perspective on this. To cultivate lifelong succulence we need to work with the body. We need to live the truth of our anatomy as sensual fluid beings. When we do, succulence happens... naturally.

In this episode, I riff on 3 things that support lifelong succulence from the inside out:

  1. Mindset - we need a pleasure/sensual/fluid based mindset and how to cultivate that

  2. Breath - we need to breathe in ways that our bodies are naturally designed to breathe. I’ll show you how!

  3. Movement - which includes mastering the subtle but powerful fluid moves of the vagina aka vaginal dexterity. I’ll explain how the Jade Egg practice is key!
