and to reconnect with what is true for you.
Together, we’ll explore:
Where you are right now in your life and body
What you’re longing for (even if it feels unclear)
What may be ready to open, soften, or shift
And most importantly…
how to begin trusting yourself more deeply.

This is a 45-minute conversation held over Zoom.
It’s spacious.
