I love helping women embody their inner Goddess. I spent far too many years disconnected to mine. At midlife I got a huge wake up call and had a complete sexual and spiritual rebirth.
I hit menopause at 40... or it hit me like a freight train. I was a mess physically, emotionally and spiritually. Pelvic floor issues and emotional roller coaster rides. I felt like I’d lost the plot on my life. Yet deep down, I knew that I was just getting started..!

No. The practices we explore here are journaling, breathwork, sensual movement and sounding. Although we explore sensuality themes, there are no “hands on” self pleasure practices involved here.
