bask in the sunshine while listening to beautiful music

There's no value in rushing through the material.
Your unfolding cannot be rushed.
That being said, I do want you to show up for yourself.
For the practices to give you the results, you'll need to do them on a regular basis.
Carve out two, 20-30 minute blocks of time each week to explore the content.
Make sure to put your practice times on your calendar.
Otherwise, it most likely will fall off your radar.
You'll see that each module has tutorial videos and a guided audio ritual.
Decide what feels good to you; perhaps one module every 2 weeks, or perhaps one module per month. Do what feels best for your body and nervous system, but do make this a priority. I want you to get the most out of this course.
