A Taste of the Temple for the Vital Goddess Mastery Program

By clicking “Buy Now,” “Purchase,” or any other phrase on the purchase button, entering your credit card information, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, you (“Client”) agree to be provided with products, programs, or services for 4 weeks as part of the Vital Goddess Mastery (“Membership”) operated by I Dianne Shepherd(“Owner ), acting on behalf of Shakti Core®(“Company”), and you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the Company, subject to the following terms:

TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP.

Upon purchase and execution of this Agreement, Client will be provided with the following content for 4 weeks and/or services as detailed on shakticore.com (“the Website”) and selected prior to purchase. Content, programs, and/or services (collectively known as “the Services”) may include but are not limited to: 

  • Access to the material in Jade Rebirth digital course while in the membership

  • Access to all of our live weekly salons on Zoom plus access to our replay library

  • Access to the VGM group platform on Mighty Networks

On completion of the 4 weeks, client will be invited to join the full VGM program at the price of $1500 pay in full or 4 payments of $375 with a $99 discount code.

Client will not automatically be added to the VGM this will be done on an individual basis.

Upon execution of this Agreement, Client agrees to pay to the Company the purchase amount as stated on the Website.  

No refunds will be provided.

LAIMER OF WARRANTIES. The Services provided to the Client by the Company under this Agreement are provided on an “as-is” basis, without any warranties or representations express, implied or statutory; including, without limitation, warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor are there any warranties created by a course of deal, course of performance or trade usage.

NOTICES. All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this Agreement shall be in writing submitted to dianne@shakticore.com.

Client understands the contraindications for this work as stated below:

  • Pregnancy

  • IUD (intrauterine device) for the Jade Egg Practice only

  • Epilepsy

  • Detached Retina

  • Glaucoma

  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • Heart Conditions (not approved by physician)

  • Prior diagnosis by a medical professional of manic disorder, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia

  • Strokes, seizures or other brain/neurological condition or disease

  • Recent Surgery, Injury or Stitches

  • Diagnosis of aneurysm

  • Uncontrolled thyroid conditions

  • Severe PTSD or trauma, (without prior treatment from a therapist or trauma expert)
    Client understands that Dianne Shepherd is a trauma-informed coach, not a therapist or trauma expert.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.
