Throughout the semester, you’re gently invited to explore Jade Rebirth — my unique take on a sacred practice rooted in Taoist tradition that supports a deeper connection to your body, your sensuality, and your life force. Working with the jade egg becomes a pathway of awakening… one that cultivates sensitivity, strengthens presence, and invites a more intimate relationship with yourself. This is a slow, respectful unfolding — always guided by your own pace, your own readiness, and your own inner knowing.
