Resources & Homeplay

You in love is you at your highest vibration!

And you can embody the frequency of that anytime you choose!

Master the short meditation below until it becomes natural.

Start your day in love.

Take love breaks through your day.

End your day in love.

Do this when you need an immunity boost! Works like a charm. A love charm:)

Do the Sacred Masculine Avatar Meditation often until you feel Him come alive.

Connect with him often! He’s got your back!

Journal Prompts:

  1. Brain dump on the masculine. “The masculine is... “ This is a good one to do often to clean house and prevent toxic build up!

  2. What do you truly desire to receive from the masculine? Get clarity and anchor into at least 3 things…(ie: protection, presence, power, devotion, strength.)

  3. Who is your dream masculine? Write down all of the details! The meditation below will help you take it deeper.

Other ways to play:

  • Look up your Mars in your astrology natal chart and feel into the positive virtues of that archetype. Feel into the element, the vibe.

  • Create an altar for your Sacred Masculine

  • Create a vision board for your Sacred Masculine

  • Imagine him with you throughout the day (ex: feeling him behind you and lean into him)

  • Notice when your Mars is running amok and reign him in “that’s not the vibe”

  • Recruit your Sacred Masculine to create space for your Sacred Feminine to flow

  • Notice the different expressions of masculine energy in your life and give extra attention to the positive expressions. Breathe that in as a source of support and nourishment
