Yes, while I highly encourage live attendance when possible we do record all of the live sessions and content for your convenience.

If you’ve experienced acute sexual trauma, and have not yet sought therapeutic support, I’d recommend starting there. Many of these practices, if not all of them, address trauma and sexual healing from a somatic perspective. But receiving support from a qualified psychotherapist can be really helpful, and an important first step. Although I’m a trauma-aware coach, and have a lot of training in trauma release and integration, and continue to educate myself, I’m not a licensed therapist.
