Zen Pleasure: How I Got Out of My Head in Bed and in Life
This week I want to share about how I started to get Zen with pleasure with a practice called Orgasmic Meditation.
When I started to bring a deeper quality of mindfulness into my pleasure practice things started to root a new and more profound way.
We have so many distractions when it comes to our sensuality and sensuality.
Things can get complicated and confusing fast.
I found that when I learned to let go of goal setting in the bedroom, and embraced flow, connection and presence it paved the way to a much deeper experience of intimacy, joy, creativity in and out of the bedroom.
Simplicity it turns out was the key to finding my authentic erotic rhythm
and feeling deeply nourished by sex.
