A 5 Minute Sensual Breathwork Practice

Even though we deeply want to feel connected to our our pleasure and our sensuality, sometimes it seems almost impossible to get out of our mind and into feeling.
Today I want to share a short, sweet and very effective breath technique that will help you activate your sensuality through your sense of smell.
Our sense of smell is powerful and deeply connected to our mental and emotional states. When we smell something that we feel is wonderful, it immediately sends signals of safety to our nervous system. We calm down. We are more present and receptive.
Consciously smelling something beautiful or delicious is a powerful embodiment hack. It can help you shift your state quickly. When you use your favorite essential oils, it really takes this practice next level.
I encourage you to give this practice a try. You’ll be amazed at how quickly it can work to move you out of stress and overwhelm and into pleasure.
