Midlife, Menopause and The Changes That No One is Talking About

Midlife and menopause. For so many these word signify change. For some, big change. There can be major shifts in the way we feel physically, emotionally and spiritually. It can be a crisis or a golden opportunity.

I wanted to bring in an expert on adult transitions so we could dive a little deeper into this, so this week I'm in conversation with my dear friend and colleague Kellie Sterling.

Kellie has a somatic-centered life transitions coaching practice with a focus on trauma resolution. She's based in Melbourne Australia and offers her services worldwide online.

Midlife can be a powerful rite of passage. And this is one of Kellie's areas of genius.
During this time time of change and sometimes upheaval there can be huge shifts in our identity, our sexuality and spirituality.  The transitions we navigate can feel unsettling and yet also be a powerful awakening to our purpose and meaning in our life.

Kellie calls this an initiation into our wise woman power.
