Today I want to share with you a simple Taoist practice to release grief and access more love.

Grief is a part of life and can be an initiation into the depths of our love and compassion. However if we don’t fully process grief it can get stored in the body and block our vitality, creativity, joy and pleasure.

There are many types of grief that can get stored in the body; our personal experiences of loss and heartache, collective grief and even ancestral grief can lodge in the system and create stagnation and congestion.
