Today I want to share a bit of what I've learned about true core power after years of teaching Pilates, Power Yoga & Barre and The Jade Egg.

One thing's for sure, it's not about abs of steel!

While I love movement and I'm all about having a toned, well functioning core, being armored up in the core can actually do a lot of harm. 

Chronically sucking in the belly messes with our breathing, keeps us in stress mode, cuts us off from our deepest power source and can exasperate pelvic floor issues of all kinds.

It's time for a new paradigm in fitness.
We need a holistic approach that includes all of who we are mind, body & spirit.

One that embraces the truth how we're actually designed.
